You may terminate a service engagement by providing us with 30 days written notice. Any work completed or costs incurred up to the date of termination will be invoiced and are payable in full.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, it shall be referred to arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Mohali, Punjab, India. The language of arbitration shall be English.
The courts of Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar (Mohali), Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any matter not resolved through arbitration.
